We have plans available for both full-time and part-time associates. Associates are eligible for medical coverage after two months of employment, and may elect medical coverage for themselves, their spouse or domestic partner and their children. Full-time associates are eligible for either a Preferred Provider (PPO)-style medical plan, or a lower cost comprehensive medical plan with a deductible and coinsurance. Part-time associates are eligible for a limited-benefit medical plan. Our dental plan provides coverage for preventive, basic and major dental services as well as orthodontia. Vision coverage is available through EyeMed. Coverage is provided for eye exams, lenses, frames and contacts through a large network of optical providers.
