We know salary is important to our associates, but we recognize that it’s only part of a total compensation package. Our salaries are competitive, and we’ll stack up our total compensation (benefits, incentives, etc.) against any company in our industry.

All full-time corporate associates are eligible for our annual incentive program, which is based on the financial success of the company. A key feature of the program is that while each associate has a “target” incentive bonus opportunity based on salary and position, there is no “maximum.” In 2006, for example, corporate associates received 256% of their target incentive bonus.

We also have recognition and reward programs that are specifically tailored to our field and store associates. For example, top performing stores and store managers can win team and individual rewards through special sales contests and our Extreme Rewards program.
